Please give this EXTRA INFORMATION to those who come to our European Gathering in Czestochowa, September 24-29 2002; and to those who want to support this Gathering financially.

Unfortunately the name PARAFIA SW. MARII MAGDALENY W MAGDALENCE. REGISTRATION OFFICE was not put into the Registration Forms. We did not know all the cheque rules in Poland.

HOW TO INTERPRET THE REGISTRATION FORM?
Many people have problems to understand the registration form. Some things are unclear. To make it more clear we give some examples: 

First example:
If you come from Western Europe by aeroplane to Katowitc and you want to stay
in a hotel in a double-room you have to pay in Euro:
225 Conference fee
13 Shuttlebus from/to hotel
15 Bus from/to airport
175 Hotel, including meals
0 Extra's (because you do not arrive before Sept. 24)

428 Euro FINAL TOTAL

Second example:
If you come from East Central Europe by bus, arriving Monday-evening 23rd September and stay in the Pilgrim's House in a four person room; you have to pay:
115 Conference fee
0 Shuttlebus (not needed to the Pilgrim's House; it is a short walk to the conference)
0 Bus from/to airport (not needed, your own bus goes to Czestochowa)
75 Pilgrims House, including meals from Tuesday-diner to Sunday-Lunch.
14 Extra's (9 Bed'n breakfast Monday-night to Tuesday-morning + 5 Tuesday-Lunch)
