| St.Bridget of Sweden She was born about 1303 in Uppsala, died in 1373 in Rome. Her feast day is celebrated on 23rd July. She was a mystic and founder of her order. After her husband’s death under an influence of her visions she moved to a convent. In 1998 John Paul II announced her patron of Europe. |
